One of my favorite places to pray Night Prayer is at the foot of the hill by the side of the Seminary where a wonderful marble crucifixion scene is gently lit throughout the night. Today we received a new bench on which to sit and pray before the Cross from which Christ looks down on the Seminary.
Protect us, Lord, as we stay awake. Watch over us as we sleep; that awake we may keep watch with Christ, and asleep, rest in his peace.
