First Class Graduates from the SJS Clerical Cooking School

Our first class of SJS Clerical Cooks were invested in the SJS Clerical Chef Apron this evening in a ceremony which took place in Saint John's Seminary Kitchen.  The commencement took place following the preparation of scrumptious meals prepared by these talented clerical chefs.  Thanks to Michael Kann, a good and productive time was had by all!

The next course is in April and future editions of this nine week introduction to cooking will be offered several times each year.  Plans are also underway for advance seminars for graduations of this esteemed clerical cooking school!
